I wish I could give negative stars. Last time I returned a car her on a Friday they did log it as returned and I was charged late fees until I was able to go in on Monday and have someone put in the paperwork information.A previous time I tried to rent form this location I showed up to pick the car up for a reservation I had made at least a month before and they told me they were out of cars.I will never return to this location for any reason

The absolute worst car rental experience of my life. The ladies in the building are so disrespectful and rude they care nothing about doing business. I should have known when they were BBQing during the middle of the day. Ghetto. Never again!

Had to Uber there from St Jude just to be told they didn’t have a car, I had a reservation ahead of time and didn’t even get a call or anything to let me know so I had to pay for another Uber back. Waste of time and money, Hurtz is the worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with.

I had a reservation through my insurance and I was told by my insurance that Hertz would give me a call and I eventually had to call the customer service number and they confirmed my reservation. I tried calling this location to confirm that they had a car available and the person working there ended my call several times, didn’t answer, or put me on hold and ended the call. I had to drive up there for my reservation without knowing if a car was available and I waited for a long time in line just for the woman to tell me there was no availability. My insurance then tried calling this location to cancel my reservation, so they could get a reservation at another location and they were also hung up on. I literally couldn’t get to work due to their lack of customer service. I was told my issue was escalated and I’d receive a call from upper management to ensure my reservation with them and they did not call me. I’m still shocked by their carelessness. Zero out of ten.

They will never have vehicle’s ready. Finally got after 2 days but gave a small EV instead of full size car on top of it they added $9.99 per day even when decline the coverage

There is no sense of urgency, no one who works here looks or seems like they work here, all constantly on their phones, we waited forever to pick up our rental. Terrible, terrible experience

Needs to close down! I was not treated like a valuable customer, but more like they were doing me a favor. The office was dirty, and the all female staff were lazy. This was a State Farm reservation and the only car that I was offered was a EV Volt! What! I am replacing a Lmtd 4Runner. So disappointed!!****Marijuana is being smoked outside and inside by the employees!! Lawsuit Hertz!!

You can’t give lower than one star! They don’t care if you are a Hertz Gold or Presidents Circle or anything of the sort. They are rude, and are more interested in taking care of UBER customers than Hertz customers. Sad environment for Hertz…

Ridiculous, the 2nd time in a week. My reservation has been confirmed, and it’s time to pick up the reservation.. now I have learned to call ahead because 99.9% of the time this company will say they have your rental and you get there and poof.. it’s gone! The lady told me it’s going to say we have your vehicle in stock because.. “it’s the World Wide Web”. I can’t make this up yall.. Memphis do better! Horrible customer service.. they hung up on me 2xs and guess what I still don’t have my rental.. I guess it’s stuck in the “word wide web” with this along with this company’s customer service and running a business.

The worse Hertz HLE I’ve ever been to. Building smelled like weed, staff was unprofessional and no one ever thought to empathize with me as a customer. Employees were more worried about watching TikTok and Facebook. Never again will they have my business. I will send my concerns over to the better business bureau.

Won't answer phones. Called 5 times in one day, was put on hold and phone disconnected. Called corporate and no answer.
