About Hertz Car Rental - Memphis - Getwell Road
Hertz Car Rental - Memphis - Mount Moriah HLE offers a wide selection of vehicles, including luxury and sports cars, SUVs, EVs, vans, and trucks, for customers to choose from. While some customers have had positive experiences with helpful staff like Chelsea and Shundia Hughes, the manager, others have faced issues such as unanswered phone calls, dirty vehicles, and malfunctioning features. Despite these mixed reviews, the location generally provides a satisfactory car rental experience for customers in the Memphis area.

This group handles pressure pretty well. Things weren’t going as planned. Simply because rentals that were supposed to be returned, were being extended. They held their composure and moved forward as best as they could.
Which happily, ended with me getting a rental!

Customer service could be better at this location. Even though you may have reserved your vehicle in advance doesn't mean you will have a vehicle. The tires on the SUV i was renting, the tires were bald. I was sliding on a sunny dry day when taking off.

They WILL let you make a reservation, will not contact you at any point, and then when you show up they'll say they've got nothing. Terrible.
