Worst experience ever. Good luck with trying to reach a representative on the phone. You’ll never get to anyone. I lost an item and now have to physically drive back just to speak with someone.PLUS, on the day of the rental, their system was down at the mendendall location and I had to wait for almost 2 hours. Additionally, I asked for a 7 passenger and they gave me a 5 passenger. Luckily they were able to find something to trade and swap but because the system was down we had to receive it uncleaned. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had and will not recommend to anyone.

Worst Hertz location in the country. Without having said a word yet, just walked out to the lot because my name was on the board already and there was no line, I was addressed in a very rude manner. There was plenty of cars on the lot yet they pulled me to the office and gave me a specific car which wasn't of the type that I reserved. When I asked if I a different car was available they said "you lucky you're even getting one" cause I made a reservation earlier that day. Im in town for work and a customer had an emergency, I can't plan a reservation a week ahead for that...Just really didn't like the callous and dismissive attitude when I genuinely showed 0 hostility or anger to them. Genuinely unkind people

Totally unpleasant and unprofessional to me the customer. I rented a car five days before my arrival. When I went to pick up the car I was told in a unapologetic voice that it wasn't ready and it will not be ready for 30 minutes to an hour. I can go sit on the bench until then. Unacceptable behavior. Subpar customer service. If I had read the reviews I could have saved myself from this horrendous experience.

You were warned ⚠️....Use another car rental service. In the past, Enterprise was my main rental company until tried HERTZ and enjoyed the convenience. Yesterday (3/19/24) while attempting to get my vehicle I met their employee at the desk, who appeared to be annoyed or displeased with his job. He was on his personal phone talking (Bluetooth earpiece) while I was attempting to ask him questions about my reservation. He ignored my questions and continued his conversations. I said "I can't hear anything you are saying?" He looked at me and pointed outside. I asked him his name and he said "Next!".......While outside I spoke with other costumers outside who had the same complaint about the rude receptionist. They said "Why work this job, If you are not a people person?"The gentleman outside who was getting the vehicles asked for my reservation papers and I asked him the name of the receptionist inside and he said his name is "Mike". Once he got me my vehicle, it took us almost an hour just to leave the garage. What ever happened to the convenience of walking to your vehicle and leaving? I was very disgusted and embarrassed to deal with a disgruntled, rude eployee who does not want to be at work.Sincerely disappointed costumers

Worst rental car experience I've ever had. I had to get a reservation with Hertz (because Enterprise was out of cars) and I was told there was a wait. My name was put on a "list", and it's been over 45 minutes that I've been waiting for a car. Not only have I been waiting, but 20-30 people are also waiting as well. Wish I could give negative stars. This is ridiculous.Update: apparently they have no cars! It's 10:25 PM right now and they close at 11:00 PM. Guess I'm sleeping in the airport?

Worst service ever reserved and SUV just didn't have it apparently reservation means something else here so they tried to shove us in a small car unfortunately it had a giant screw in the sidewall of the tire top quality here ladies and gents so we said hey 800 miles on a sidewall puncture won't work so their response wa..... hmm oh well you can wait a few hours but we can't help top notch rent a horse it'll serve you better than this lot

They overbook "reservations" and when you go to pick up your car they dont have one. Staff are slow and unfriendly and should be replaced by robots asap.

I've rented multiple cars from this location, when it works its great. But lately it's the same thing : ''We don't have any cars available''What is the point of reserving cars weeks in advance with hertz gold only to show up and get told the same thing over and over?To add insult to the injury, they make your responsibility to call and cancel the reservation so you don't get charged a no show fee! Ridiculous, you then have to waste hours of your time calling and being placed on hold to cancel.

They give hertz members an ultimate choice… wait 45 minutes for a Nissan with 57k miles, or go to another company. Why, do you never have cars for your bookings and why are they awful cars compared to everywhere else?

Worst Customer service. Andrea Rodgers was the one who helped us and was puttinf weird faces. Rudest employees. We booked a different car and was provided a different car. Rude people and I highly suggest NOT to book from Hertz if you are a working professional.

I arrived to the counter with my rental confirmation number ready only to be told that they were "out of rentals" and they could not give me a vehicle. Why would I even make a reservation if the there is a chance I will be left without a car? Plenty of cars were available in the lot yet they could not honor the agreement that I made in advance.
