About Hertz Car Rental - Memphis - Memphis International Airport (MEM)
Hertz Car Rental at Memphis International Airport provides a mix of experiences. Customer service receives praise for being great, adequate, nice, and outstanding, with specific appreciation for the skip-the-line process. The vehicles are noted to be nice, including options like SUVs and cars with low mileage, but are frequently reported as dirty inside and sometimes outside. While some rentals are described as easy, smooth, and relaxing with a simple drop-off, other customers report long waits, overbooking, and issues with double pricing. The location serves as a reliable alternative after problems with other companies.

Didn't have a car for me and I had a paid reservation. Had to return to the airport the next day to get a car.

Staff was great. Car made lots of engine noise that kept me a lil on edge. It performed as expected in any case.

Legitimately the DMV of rental car services. Scheduled a rental truck two months ago, was told I “would have to wait” with no time given for how long as my vehicle was not available and not in the lot. Was not offered another truck and ended up with a sedan. Rude and unprofessional customer service
