The drop off process was easy and quick. You just have to make sure you get all of your belongings and leave the key inside the rental

The Kia Sportage was a great car. We were very comfortable. The car was very clean and smelled wonderful when we got in. The Hertz agent at pick up was amazing and very friendly. She explained how this worked and had a very pleasant personality.
