New ownership and management took over its Been absolute game changer the pricing is unbelievable for the area it’s only $990 for a 2 bedroom townhouse that’s over 1200 square footage guys take advantage now with these prices because there making this property A class level!!

It's not bad for the price, and it's good for if you don't have a high credit score, but there are a few negatives. It takes forever for something to actually be repaired, there's also spiders, and wasps in the house.
