About Hotel Napoleon Downtown Memphis, Memphis, TN
Hotel Napoleon Downtown Memphis is a well-situated hotel in a good part of downtown, within short walking distance to key areas. The building is older and historical, but the renovation is very well done, leaving the hotel in like-new condition with stylish, very well-designed public areas and top-notch decor. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and decent, with all the essentials and a comfortable bed. The staff is absolutely lovely, very kind, accommodating, welcoming, extremely helpful, friendly, and engaging, often going above and beyond. The food is wonderful and drinks are good, with a generous meal voucher available for The Archives. The hotel offers a great experience overall.
Dannyelle Payne made my stay at The Vocal Hotel Memphis. She made sure our room was ready right on time and gave us all the info we needed to enjoy the area. Attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful — not scripted at all. Ask for her by name!
