I had a front camera go out on my car. They had to order my repair part. They called and told me my new part was in and available to replace. I set up an appointment and was told it would take 3 and a half to four hours to replace the part. I set up an appointment to get the job done. I delivered the car slightly ahead of the appointment time and once again told approximately 4 hours to complete the work. My wife drove 30 minutes to pick me up and return home for a total of 1 hour of driving. When I arrived home I received a call saying my car was ready. I couldn't believe this, expecting at least 3 to 4 hours. Then my wife drove me back to pick up my car. Another hour total driving, I could of waited on the car if they would have told me an accurate time. Needless to say this made me mad, no apology. Bad business if you ask me!.

As always, great experience at Jim Keras Subaru, service department beats all..took care of my issue..and I didnt even have an appointment. If you buy a Subaru, buy from THIS location..there is a difference..and take the free instruction with Bill..you will be amazed at what you didn't know..The only dealership I ever want to deal with.

Everything was fine had my battery I was hoping when I took it in I would not have to reset all my settings on the radio clock and all my other stuff don't they had something where I will not lose all my settings aggravating

I had to dropped my car off to have a head lamps replaced due to a recall. My automotive repair specialist, Larry, was friendly and very professional, from the beginning to the end. He answered any questions I had. I really was surprised that it didn't take take as long for them to replaced them! All I know, I was very satisfied with the work so far.

I have nissan pathfinder I just spoke with the service manager (Thomas) I was looking to get a good service for my vehicle, but during the conversation he sounded quite rude and very strange with the answers to my questions. Especially when new clients are calling for a service.
