Every time I come here the store is closed at 10 but online it says 11 so why u can't stay open til 11 folks like that don't need a business

I am so sick of the lady in the self checkout line. She is Always rude as hell and acts like she doesn't want to be helpful. Today was my final straw. I was using the scanner and she comes over , unprovoked and said that I should know using the scanner was going to backup the belt. I don't work there so I wouldn't know. Then she started throwing my things down the belt. The second time she came over bc the scanner didn't scan something and she said well idk what you did and didn't scan so I told her what I scanned and what needed to be. She started throwing my stuff down the belt. At this point I told her ABSOLUTELY NOT GO GET THE MANAGER. she turns to me and says whats the problem? The problem is your Not going to throw my things down the belt and you need to get your manager. The cashier and bag boy were very sweet bc they asked me if I was ok. I simply told them she just wasn't going to throw my stuff down the belt. The Manager NEVER SHOWED UP

Great store to shop but you have to download the app to earn points, clip coupons, and prep for your shopping trip. Fresh meat always. Stays stocked mostly.

This is very sad to say 😔 by far this was the nasty Kroger I ever been in whole store was not clean floors was very nasty and that was not the worst part when to the restroom and it was super nasty push open the doors and I quickly close it back the smell was unbearable 😢 😫 this is a damn shame it looks so depressing in this Kroger the manager needs to be fired No way this would not happen in Germantown .
The smell was very stinky I couldn't buy anything from this Kroger I just left if you want to see something very depressing go there ever the workers looks depressing just wow I wouldn't give it any star the health department needs come to this Kroger.

This Kroger has so bad that they have created their own policies apparently in a attempt to curb theft. There's no nationwide law that says i have to show a receipt especially when all my items are in a bag. If this is what kroger wants to implement then all stores nationwide should adopt the policy. The store in itself has nothing on the shelves, produce is horrible and the meat leaves nothing for the dogs. Last time shopping there

I purchased some milk 🥛 from Kroger in Whitehaven for my mom today. They always have great prices on their milk. They need to do a better job keeping the men's restroom clean. It was not clean today also there is a lot of writing on the walls, door. The mirror be crack for years. There walls need to be clean. They use to have a young man that did an outstanding job, don't know happened to him. They need to hire an older person for the job that comes in when they open around 6:00 A.M - 2:00 to clean both restrooms. Then they can clean the parking lot, change trash, bring in the shopping carts. Then assign them other tasks to do inside and outside of the store. Give this person a Monday - Friday shift you will retain them. Put the pay around 13 an hour. Then hire a person that works on Saturday and Sunday from 6A.M. -2:00 P.M. The store on state line in Southaven Ms and the store on Kirby parkway and Quince is always clean. But overall I love Kroger, I trust that they will do better.

Older lady at the front self check out was rude and not helpful. They had the wrong sign with the wrong pricing and instead of helping, she kept telling me to check the app. The whole time it’s not apart of the sale. I appreciate the help I did receive from the other lady and gentleman. But customer service should be for everyone.
