I am leaving Kroger today a very frustrated and feeling totally disrespected as a customer who is spending my money in support of this business. If I may, the business is Kroger. I feel Kroger is neighborhood profiling. Talked with corporate to ask about the seafood policy in place at the Kroger in Whitehaven. I was told each store can implement certain policies as they see fit. Therefore Kroger Whitehaven have implemented the policy of requiring you to pay in advance for seafood. I asked store manager was told policy implemented because of theft. Now mind you I shop at many other Kroger stores throughout the city and in Mississippi as well. I have never been required to prepay for anything. My question do theft only occur at the Whitehaven Kroger. Not only do we have to endure the culture of the store with includes employee rudeness, lack of and limited stock, poor or no customer service, lack of cleanliness, and the list could go on. I already feel like I am going to work when I go because of all the self service I have to do.. So now I am perceived to be a thief all because I wanted one pound of shrimp @ 6.99 a lb.

Only at the Whitehaven location is there a "customer service counter" that there is never anybody there for customer service. If you're lucky to get someone to answer the phone, they just put you on hold and leave you there.

If the store closes at 11 why do you guys lock the door 20 minutes before. I work late and need those last minutes to feed my family. Unprofessional and inconsiderate

This review is for the lady that works in the Pharmacy name LaBronda When I say shes a blessing I mean that Ive been up all morning stress worried how to get medicine for two of my kids that has the flu bc all Walgreens were out of stock call talk to her she jump right on it shes very nice and professional Thank u so much

No self check is available. 15-20 people per lane. People lined up to the back of each mile almost. The cashier was nice. This store really needs to get some reliable hired help!!! Low stock in the meat area, the shelves and freezer area ALL LOW STOCK and not a Mgr or supervisor in site to help the workers out!! Whitehaven Krogers is the worst!!!!!

I have been shopping here for decades and I like the store and selection but the check out time and experience is horrible. They have multiple members of management that stands around when there is only 2 or 3 lines open. They should open a line to get people out faster instead of watching 15 plus people in line way down the isle!

Love to go to Krogers to get their fruits but this Kroger I have been in 4 times at different times frames and I have been in line at 3O minutes no sooner line wrapped to the frozen department or to the meat department with 2 lines open. That's insane with customers pouring in it's always a sad day to go into Krogers.

So I have to address this so while going to Kroger with my child I was gon a put her in a small shopping cart so they don't roll so I saw some big shopping carts and I was trying to get one so the moral of the story is there's a security guard standing right there didn't even attend to help a person just to pull the baskets apart it is not like he was doing anything else and people don't have the common courtesy just to help that's all that's why I bring my baby stroller so I can stuff I need in her stroller because don't nobody help you with baskets don't nobody help you with nothing it's just you

Always very cluttered and a mess. Here is one good example of just a single end capFor some reason they never have all the self checkouts running and only have at most 3 registers open. Lines get very long and the wait is ridiculousI have also purchased food here and discovered later that the seal was broken or food was opened upon getting home.It is the only grocery store we have besides Walmart. Maybe I’ll switch to ALDIs
