Posted hours are a lie, seems like staff closes up shop early whenever they feel like. Either update your website and signage, or abide by the times you have posted. Super unprofessional.

They ok.but they never have what I need in shirts and holiday hours they not open. I was just there and they have a time of 7am nope their close..going to Germantown they always have everything and open on time

Do not go to this location unless you know what you need and you can just go to and leave. The employees at this location are very rude and have an attitude problem except for the two guys who work at the register. Just coming in the store to shop is hard for some people. If you don't want to work in customer service please find something else to do. I will not be shopping at Michaels anymore, it's not worth it.

I found the paint I needed and got some new brushes. Don't really like the fact that it's gone self checkout but it seems everywhere you go is doing it now.

The hours on the door are wrong. If not enough employees show up, they close the doors. Tonight (Saturday), they closed at 7pm while customers were still trying to shop.

I mean it's Michaels arts and crafts they got crafts they got everything you need most of the time every now and then you'll catch him out of stock or something especially around this time of year with all the art festivals going on but usually they have a lot only critique I have is get rid of these self checkouts lol And keep y'all's posca pen section stocked like triple order that stuff same with floating frames
