This was an unfamiliar location, and I don't know how the aisles managed to be so poorly-labeled, and why things were in areas that had nothing to do with their purposes, but the staff were very helpful, which is why I'm giving 4 stars.
When you're exasperated and just want ribbon, and it's literally not labeled or in a place that makes sense, having someone able to point it out quickly (I politely asked, they didn't design the store) helps so much.

Judging by all the positive reviews on here I must have picked the wrong day to shop, really impatient cashiers that didn't want to tell me where things were located and then we're impatient with my questions, acted like they couldn't wait to get rid of me. Really lousy attitudes from those two, I should have got their names and posted them on here but instead of doing that I'll just post that it was in the middle of the afternoon around 3:00, what I find funny is the store was practically empty and they were hardly any customers there and yet they still could not be bothered to help me out. But then again this is Memphis and you can't even shop in a hobby store without stupid people with terrible attitudes ruining your day. Just be on the lookout if you don't know exactly what you want when you enter this store, they sure don't want to help you find anything

Went to pick up craft supplies. Supplies were limited. No heat in the building with 27 degree weather. The workers were wearing coats and gloves. Michael's has always been a great place to purchase craft supplies. With cold weather and no heat in the store, customers may want to wait until the Summer to shop.

The store is great. A smaller Michael's than what I'm used to, but tends to have what I'm looking for. Staff seems nice, but check out is a bit slow. Bonus - they have self checkout in this store.

Tried to find the items using the website but it didn't have the location (isle) where the merchandise was located. Store not crowded at all was very clean.

I love that the store is well organized and that items are easy to find. I also love, love, love that Michaels post their online coupons throughout the store. The one thing I dislike is online inventory showing an item in stock, but it isn't available when I get to the store.

Lots of room. Did not have what I was looking for. Decorated see thru food bags. Good luck finding anyone to help. Was hard to see where anything is located. Tiny signs and shelve are too high. Finally thought cooking items may be located in the same place they were in my old store. They were, but still no valentine bags. Finally took the plain ones. At ck out they couldn’t pull up my information on the computer. I showed them my discount code on my phone. They didn’t honor my coupon. When got home I tried to register again. Got message I was already registered ?. I live north of Memphis. It’s not an easy task to go into Memphis. I’ll probably stick with Hobby Lobby.

I attempted to reach out to this location to inquiry about an item they have in stock and one of the employees hung up on me. I do not recommend this location as they are not very helpful. yoU ARE better off going to the Hobby Lobby location near by.
