Only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because there was absolutely no air conditioning in the studio. Experience was great, it was just HOT AF. I guess it's to make you sweat lbs.

I feel like I've been scammed. I bought four passes for class, the first Saturday I scheduled on the site was cancelled, and then I noticed all the Saturday classes disappeared. I emailed, and they wrote back to tell me the location was moving. Since then, nothing. I reached out on Instagram, suddenly the comments are limited on the posts. At least one other person is in the same boat, with classes they've paid for and no classes to be had.

I had my birthday celebration at NYAW last night. When I tell You my 10 guest & i had a blast in the chair class!! We will definely be back again. Also,.the owner was the instructor and she was very professional & made us all feel comfortable!! Thank U!

This is a place to go when you aren't looking for that gym workout. The ladies that work here are all really great and encouraging. It is a judge free zone where everyone helps each other! If you are looking for not your average workout, this is definitely the place!! I love the owner also. You can tell she has put her heart into this studio!

It was a great experience. The owner is very welcoming and makes it a very comfortable environment. The instructors were friendly, professional, and very easy to follow in the workout sessions.

Went to their open house teaser of the classes they offer. Had amazing time. The trainers are professional and fun and know how to assist while pushing you to your best. Really recommend.
