Novel not only has a cozy environment filled with a great selection of books and gifts, but also has exceptional customer service. As I checked out, the ladies assisting me at the counter were kind and personable and even offered to wrap some gifts I purchased!

Love this bookstore, spacious and lots of variety in the inventory! Great kids section especially and they always have a space dedicated to local authors too.
