They are very friendly when I talk to them. I asked for a rent reduction and received one . This is my go to storage for any future needs.

Kristi and Shay were very nice and full of insight about the storage units and how to pack our things into the storage unit. The storage units we picked were just perfect! Very wonderful service and I look forward to speaking with them and moving my things in, in the future!
