How is it that a teller cannot look up your account number? I was not allowed to make a deposit today because I did not have my account number. This is the same deposit I attempted to make on line yesterday but kept getting the message that it had no signature. Of course the signature was there. It seems that nothing is what it use to be.

Ms. Rodriguez is absolutely amazing! She is very sweet, patient and so intelligent! I recommend her for any financial needs or advice! She genuinely cares about the well being of her clients as a human beings. As if they were her own loved ones! 10 out of 10!

Since switching from Sun Trust they have the worst customer service. We have. Multiple business accounts here and moving all of them. Do not recommend them at all they make it impossible to run your business. So many I know have left for this reason. Location Manager is not personable and does nothing to assist. Save yourself the headache and do your banking elsewhere.

Customer Service is absolutely horrible at this location. Can you believe that the lady at the drive thru refused to give me 3 check registers, until I asked to speak to a manager? She said I could only have 1, but I have 3 accounts.Really! Was this really something to debate about? Just give me the registers. As if they are hers. SMH!They would rather me close my accounts out than to give me the paper registers. Every since Truist took over, they don’t seem to believe in appeasing their customers. I’m strongly considering moving my money to another bank altogether.

I have been banking with Suntrust for years and I continue to be satisfied with their customer service, the various financial programs and offerings they have and more. Each branch is consistent in they way they operate. I always experience fast and friendly service.

Seriously considering leaving SunTrust Bank just because of my 1 and only experience inside this branch. Customer service was absolutely terrible made me disgusted to hand my money over and deal with a person/company like this. First and only bad experience I've had with SunTrust in 2 years. I literally felt like I was being treated so poorly because of my skin color . I would have never even been inside this branch if it wasn't for my debit card being hacked. thank God for online banking ........kinda
