Truist provides excellent and great customer service, making clients feel at home and well cared for. The staff is described as amazing, sweet, patient, intelligent, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, kind, and nice. They are a wealth of information and genuinely care about the well-being of their clients. The branch manager is noted for being very helpful and introducing himself. For safety, some services are temporarily adjusted, with drive-thru teller services, appointments for in-person visits, and enhanced sanitization at select branches.

Personable and knowledgeable staff. I went in with an issue and they immediately put me at ease, resolved the issue, answered my questions, and anticipated other questions I might have later.

Ms. Rodriguez is absolutely amazing! She is very sweet, patient and so intelligent! I recommend her for any financial needs or advice! She genuinely cares about the well being of her clients as a human beings. As if they were her own loved ones! 10 out of 10!
