The truck stalled on my after 4 trips. I couldn't put any gas on the truck I git stranded for 3 hours!! I couldn't get the truck back in time. I had no one to call or get in contact with to get help!!!

I called to make sure if they had a 6x12 enclosed trailer they said they did. I got there paid for it and at the end they didn’t have it in their lot. They revered the payment that will take 2-3 business days. Now I’ll have to pay $420.32 again for another trailer at a different location. Lady is to lazy to get off her seat and just stayed on her phone the entire time. Sales Rep: Quinika Wesby

Be careful, you can't tow a U-Haul trailer with a U-Haul truck.
It's a shame that only the U-Haul office told me about this.
Good thing I was planning on towing it with my truck from the start.

I submitted payment information when I rented my uhual. They never actually sent the charges through and it set pending for awhile on my card. Almost 2 months later they contact me wanting payment because they didn't send it through properly in the first place and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they threaten me with a late payment fee.

The young lady name Quinika W. from the Austin Peay location was not a friendly representation for this location she was rude when she talked with me when I asked questions. Her delivery in her tone and energy was as if she wasn't having a good day. I had an online reservation and the item (dolly) that I needed wasn't available and I asked why when I reserved it for my move she was rude with her response as well. I wouldnt recommend her being a customer
service representative at no front desk due to her attitude.

Employees were less than helpful, had to walk all over to find the truck with no way to tell what truck was mine. Not sure why it wasn't pulled up the office since they knew I would be showing up before 5.
The price I was quoted online was not the price I ended up paying.

Bad experience for the first time

The location was fine but the lack of customer support & motivation from the front desk clerk was visibly apparent. Her chin was rested in her hand and elbow on the counter the entire time she talked to us. She acted as though she did not want to be there and as if it was a pain to be helpful. I even remarked to her that it seems as if she didn't want to be there and received no change in her behavior. It was not a pleasant transaction and I'd most likely not return to that location.
