U-Haul Moving & Storage of Raleigh offers a wide range of moving solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, self-storage, portable U-Box containers, moving help, hitch installations, and moving supplies. Customers appreciate the helpful staff and their willingness to go above and beyond, especially when more time is needed. However, experiences with staff vary; some find certain employees helpful and knowledgeable, while others encounter rude and unhelpful service. Challenges include difficulty locating trucks upon arrival, discrepancies between online quotes and actual prices, and concerns about cleanliness, with reports of roaches in storage units. Overall, the location provides essential moving equipment and storage options, but customers recommend bringing bug spray due to pest issues and advise caution when dealing with staff. The business aims to serve both local and long-distance moves with convenient online reservations and various moving solutions.
