Bad service, the person who attends is a rude person and did not help me make a reservation

The guy who was there in morning was quite rude and called me incompetent because I couldn’t get out of the gate and was just flat out rude during the whole check out process. Calls me incompetent but spell a simple name correctly or listen to the numbers he’s being told?
The gal who was there during drop off in the afternoon was such a nice lady.

Uhaul made our moving process easy. Tish was super helpful in getting our storage to move in and out, and also to rent the truck we needed. Would Recommend this location to anyone.!

I made a reservation months ago and was sent to three different Uhaul locations. I was not informed of the location changes until after I got to the original location site. None of the equipment I reserved was available. The only reason I was able to get a truck was because I called into customer service. The excuse I was given was “it’s the weekend and everyone is renting trucks”. This doesn’t make sense because I RESERVED a truck months in advance. Very poor experience.

The attendant was not attentive when I picked up the van. She did not inspect the van with me before I left or explain that I would get a text that I needed to review before leaving the parking lot. She apparently did not want to be bothered to get out of her office chair. I have NEVER rented from UHaul before where the attendant did not go over the rental with me and personally confirm the mileage and condition with me. When I got the text to confirm the condition, the link would not open so I was unable to confirm. I called the UHaul place several times to tell them and no one answered. The van was in good condition but the interior was very dirty. I noted the gas tank position when I left the lot, and I returned the van with exactly same amount of gas as when I left. Problem is the attendant had mismarked the gauge on the contract showing that the tank was almost full, which it was not. So they charged me an extra $27 for gas. They also charged me an extra day for the van because I did not bring it back by 9:00 am. Also, I rented the van through a UHaul that was very close to my house, but I had to pick it up and return it from a UHaul that was 25 minutes away from me-- very inconvenient. Overall, it was a very poor experience and the staff did not seem interested in helping me as the customer. I felt like they were deliberately trying to upcharge at every turn. I would not rent at this location again.

AC unit was busted in my climate controlled unit before I even moved in with no warning. Who know’s how many other peoples items are damaged. The only redeeming quality was the ease of the refund.

Truck was ready and no issues with pick up process. We had registered online on the app and had already downloaded our licenses so we were in an out in 5 min. Btw you can’t download the picture of license until 30 min before pickup

Professionalism at Uhaul location is poor and lacks quality customer service. I had originally made a reservation at Summer Ave location, prior to move-in date and the day of my move in I had got a call stating my reservation had been cancelled due to overbooking.
I was overwhelmed and slightly frustrated so went to HWY 64 location and made a reservation for 12:00pm, for a ‘15 size truck, so I went back and spoke to the young lady and was told the lady who made my reservation didn’t assign me a truck, and wouldn’t be an availability until 4:15pm-5:00pm after I was promised a truck would be available at 12:00pm.
I called customer service and was directed to Millington, for a ‘15 and apparently it was stated an truck would be available at 12:00, I get all the way to Millington was told my reservation wasn’t sent there, but had confirmation and reservation number.
I did eventually get a truck in Millington and was satisfied with customer there and it was a speedy process.
