Dealing with the staff at this facility was far from a professional experience. I had meticulously arranged a storage reservation back in January for my move across multiple states. After numerous confirmations, including a call from the facility two days prior to my move, they changed my reservation, stating they couldn't fulfill my request as needed to facilitate a semi truck to unload.The ensuing interaction with the manager further underscored their lack of professionalism. For those seeking storage solutions, I would recommend exploring alternative options. On a positive note, I had a totally opposite experience with Public Storage. They accommodated me promptly and treated me with maximum respect.

Had a reservation at 7:45pm, arrived at 7:55pm, they close at 8pm. No call or email and stated that they cancel all reservations at 7:45pm that aren’t picked up right at that moment even though I could have had a reservation for 8pm. I will be giving bad reviews on all platforms, I recommend never using this location!

They need to get better about maintenance. The rear passenger tire needs air like every 2 weeks. They don't put air in and the tire really needs to be replaced.

Poor customer service, unprofessional staff, and I (along with several other customers) were over charged for our rentals. I will NEVER rent from this location again.

I had a great experience - I used a truck for a day - local usage to clear my apartment & put things in a small rented storage unit.

On pickup, nobody was at the front desk. I had to go track someone down out in the storage yard. I believe the woman and a man out in the yard were out smoking marijuana. The woman who came back to the front desk was not helpful. She made me figure the trailer out myself and was completely uninvolved in hookup. She didn’t guide me in inspecting the trailer or signing off for anything, I just guessed at what I needed to do. The trailer was dirty inside and had a running light out which caused a hazard as I drove it during dark hours.From standing at the desk to driving off, I had to figure everything out myself. All she did was hand me the rental papers. None of which I signed.I would not recommend renting a U-Haul trailer unless it is a last resort. Definitely not worth the price paid.

Cons: Weekend Hours are posted but they open 30 minutes after. Current nights shift staff needs additional training and to be knowledgeable company information and reservation steps. Overall, the process was indeed unorganized especially with the online steps to make it easy. Pros: they have inventory and the driver guy who pulls the trucks out and cleans them is VERY hospitable and fast, unlike the inner office team. I understand they have different duties but lack customer service.

Pickup and drop off both were quick and easy. Agents were friendly and helpful. Truck ran and handled well.

My husband and I just dropped our rented trailer off at U-Haul in Bartlett. This place said that they "lost" our deposit. So first, the ONLY reason we went to this location was because we rented last minute and it was the only one that had the trailer we needed. So we drove 30 minutes out of the way to pick it up. When we went back today to return it the lady at the desk, Jasmine, is just laughing and saying that she can't find our deposit and that she can't even access her drawer so she calls her manager and says he's about to open it. We wait and wait and she still is just laughing not letting us know whats going on then proceeds to tell us they cannot find our deposit can we come back tomorrow and told me "no one can find it you know African Americans" but she emailed a receipt that said the deposit was refunded. So at this point we were ready to go so I just requested that she put in writing what was going on. we only paid a $10 deposit so we wont be returning for it but I just feel EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THAT THIS PLACE IS STEALING DEPOSITS. AND THEY DONT CARE. ITS FUNNY TO THEM.

There's always that one staff member that ruins your experience, with that company! This particular staff member chose to try and force an issue and insult me, in front of another customer holding an arm baby. I am not your boyfriend, and you really should keep in mind that you're in a professional setting at work. I do not know what he/she did to you, and or why. I will definitely slide in a special prayer ? for you especially. I may even try another truck rental agency behind this experience.

The people working here are nice, but corporate was absolutely terrible when I just had my move.First, they changed my pick up time by an hour without telling me. Thankfully, the person brought the truck back earlier than expected, but the fact they didn't tell me they changed my booking bothers me.Second, they changed my drop off location after I already had the truck. I specifically picked a pick up location close to my old place, and a drop location close to my new place. They changed the drop off location to the one near my old place. They did send a text, but they waited until I was in the thick of moving boxes up and down stairs.Finally, the lack of flexibility the actual offices have due to the shenanigans of corporate made it difficult to work with them.
