Went to get my passport on a walk-in hrs for passport, which is how it indicates online. The lady on the second window was so rude to me and my husband. Which was so unserious, telling us we had to get behind the line 3x, which we did 3x. Really does need a lot of help on their customer service! But oh well karma will do its thing:))

Went here to apply for a passport as a walk-in, and the process was smooth and efficient. It took about 25 minutes when I went on a Tuesday morning between 9-10 AM. The clerk who assisted me was very professional and helpful—she got everything done quickly and made the process easy. Great experience overall!

Website states that they take walk-ins for passport applications, however they do not.

They need more help and it’s now 530 in the afternoon. Post office are closed tomorrow because of a presidential holiday and I still have my flag up on my mailbox.

The service here is so slow and ridiculous. The one person at the counter (and there is only ever ONE person at the counter) spends 45 minutes per person doing passports. More people have given up and gone home than at here…and there are 18 people on line presently.
YOU need to do something different, if this is ‘business as usual’ then you need to go out of business.

Sent a shipment out on the 23rd of November, 2024. It is now December 5th and the last up front was really of no help! They wouldn’t even let me get the printout of the tracking they can see. All they told me to do was request an inquiry online. No help! I’ll keep Yahweh in my prayers and ask Him to find a way because the devil works…even through post office workers who hate their jobs!

Arrived 15 min early on Thursday morning to passport appointment. Got in and out within 10min. Received passport in 4 weeks. I believe lady name Gail helped and she had a great customer service.

I suffered discrimination
I'm Latina I don't speak English
I gave her the cell phone so she could read what she needed in the translator and she simply didn't want to help me, saying that she doesn't speak Spanish, but I clearly gave her the
Cell phone and I told him that maybe I could translate but he just said I don't speak Spanish, it's too bad that because I don't know how to speak English they don't want to serve me, it's discrimination that I will upload to my social networks so that it goes viral!!!!! And no one else goes through the same thing
