I attempted to turn in a Verizon router that I picked up at Verizon in Memphis on US-64. First, I went to Millington which refused to accept and informed me to take it back to where I picked it up which was US-64. I went there and guess what? They also refused to accept.

Yesterday, I went to this Verizon location. I went to upgrade my phone to the latest iPhone. Gary and Ginny were amazing! They were super kind, helpful and caring! They even stayed 30 minutes late to help me get my new phone setup. They are everything you want in Customer Service! I highly recommend this branch! It is well run and they care very well! Thanks Verizon! Thanks Gary and Ginny (I apologize if I misspelled your name! lol).

I rarely write reviews, but the experience at this Verizon location warrants serious attention from management. The staff I encountered were dismissive, unhelpful, and made no effort to resolve even a basic customer issue. When I attempted to ask for assistance, I was met with indifference and attitude — not professionalism. At no point did anyone take ownership or show concern for the customer standing in front of them.
For a company that prides itself on reliability and customer service, this store fails spectacularly on both counts. The lack of courtesy, accountability, and willingness to help is alarming and reflects poorly on the Verizon brand.
Management should take immediate action to address the culture and training at this location. Customers deserve better than apathy and arrogance from those representing a national service provider. Until meaningful improvement occurs, I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

I worked with Jonathan with switching 4 lines from T mobile. He provided great customer service and walked us through our new phone. I would recommend a friend to him.

Jonathan V was incredible. So friendly and understanding AND he knew all the details to solve my problem. I had had terrible customer service from Verizon but he changed my mind entirely. He went above and beyond to help - and he never made me feel incompetent as I struggled with the technical details. I could not have hoped for more.

It was time to update our cell phone plan as well as replace my way outdated iPhone 8, so we went to our local Verizon Store on Route 64 in Bartlett, TN. We were greeted by Jenny as soon as we walked into the store. Jenny reviewed our current plan and walked us through our options for a new plans. In the end, we walked out with a better plan and two new iPhone 16s at the same price we had before. We had problems getting our discount attached and Jenny went above and beyond in trouble shooting and correcting the problem. We wouldn’t have been able to figure it out without her. We couldn’t be happier with our new plans, our new phones, and the excellent help and service we received. Verizon will be our carrier and this will be our store. Thanks!

When I say best customer service experience I ever had with Verizon! These women I spoke to at the store had my back with the crazy two days I’ve been having with Verizon horrible on the phone customer service. I didn’t get the other young women name but thank to her at Jenny. Patience, respectful, very reassuring. Thank you Ladies!!!!
