Customers appreciate the fast curbside pickup, with orders ready within 30 minutes. Prices are noted as exceptionally low compared to competitors. However, the pharmacy can have issues with backorders for medications, and some over-the-counter items may be out of stock. While conveniently open until 10:00 pm, some customers recommend avoiding shopping at night due to undesirable characters around the location. Pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday 9am-1:30pm and 2pm-9pm, Saturday 9am-1:30pm and 2pm-6pm, and Sunday 10am-1:30pm and 2pm-6pm.
Barbara at the Walgreens on Poplar and White Station is extremely rude and needs a refresher course on customer service.

The pharmacy staff are extremely rude in every interaction I have with them. One pharmacy tech angrily threw my prescription across the counter at me – I understand if someone is having a bad day, but they need to treat customers with more respect and kindness.

The female pharmacist and pharmacy staff are unbelievably disrespectful. It’s unacceptable to treat customers in the way that they have. I will be transferring prescriptions to a different location.
