Check your deposit receipts! Deposited $200 cash and the deposit receipt said $100. I pressed the call button and got it fixed. Could’ve easily lost $100.

Called beforehand to make sure we had the right documents and didn’t need an appointment. Met at the door by a man who was VERY rude and told us to leave because he didn’t have enough time to set up our account. We will be using another bank.
