“BTR is a few houses down, so I make runs there often. They have grown so much. In both personality and finds. (Although I found Grimms handmade wooden toys going for around $100 online for $2 a piece! the very first time I went in.) The inventory changes, it’s the nature of a liquidation store, also the fun of it. The staff is warm, personable, fun. The unique combination of the personalities, the entire staff, community, and just that something that can’t be put in to words definitely give BTR character. They are so, so kind, dog and kid friendly, giving our dog treats and letting my little girls “work” for a piece of candy. Even if I run to just grab batteries, I usually see a “find.” (And the collection of Van and Converse is dependable an 80% below any other place I’d find them!. ) You guys are the best. :)”

One employee there in particular was very friendly and Helpful to me...Guage (or Cauge?) his name was. While busy at another task with a couple of other employees I asked him about a specific detergent product I bought there before. They happened not to have that specific brand..it turned out ..but he had very politely dropped his other task without my asking or expecting him to...to make a brief but concerted effort to check for me...then immediately after that he made a couple of helpful recommendations or product brand suggestions along those lines. Very professional and congenial.”

“The store saved me from ordering online but the trade off is the store being unorganized and dirty. Some of the item availability was scarce as well. Also I brought someone with disabilities and there was no one reinforcing people who parked illegally in ADA spots so that was an inconvenience. The police could drive through and hand out parking awards.Overall it was ok.”

“This is a really nice Costco. Super clean, organized and the staff that I interacted with were great. We don't have a Costco near us, so it was interesting to see how many more products were available vs. the warehouse chain that we shop in. The only photo I took was of the snack bar on the way out.
