After spending over 2 hours on the phone, they canceled my technician appointment saying things were resolved when they were not. I decided to take the problem cable box to this store. Jaylen was amazing! He greeted me with a smile and respect. He gave me a new box and I left feeling much better about Xfinity. I got home, hooked up the new box and everything works great. Thank you Jaylen for your help! You are truly the epitome of great customer service!

The workers that assisted me were incompetent and canceled my services to get their own sale then proceeded to lie to me about what had happened yes even the manager (I work for another internet provider and know exactly what they did.) I will never go back here and recommend you don’t. Stay away from these lying manipulative people.

The technician came out and got our modem connected only thing is he didn't use a splitter so we could not put the modem anywhere where the outlet was located. It was only setup to where we could have it in the living room, which wouldn't work out because we had the TV mounted near where the outlet was. They had to come out again and get it to where it could be placed in any room with the outlet. So they charged our bill a $109 because they didn't do their job right the first time. I'm extremely disappointed that the job wasn't done right the first time. All they're going to do is send an automated reply, this shouldn't have happened.

The staff were nice-ish. When i walked in, there were 2 staff members just sitting behind the counter playing in their phones watching the other staffer(only one that was working, who needs a raise by the way!). You can expect to wait forever, and then some. But as usual for Comcast, it's blatantly obviously they don't care because they know you have no choice but to deal with it.

Our modem went out and we hurried to the Germantown Bartlett store since the website says open til 7. They were closed at 6:30. Now we have no internet for 2 days

This team's business is on top tier timing. Lisa saved us a lot of money just by simply taking the time to give us information of all of the discounts we were qualified for that we would have never known we were eligible for. To be honest, we haven't seen patient customer service like this in a long time.

Horrible. Clueless ding bats. No customer service skills. No sense of urgency. Not aware of their surroundings. Idiots — I visited the store on 06.09.2024 at 12:25pm approx. 3 - to 4 staff members on site. The only woman there was sitting down on the phone and didn’t even realize two guests were sitting on the next bench. When I came in she jumped up and assisted them and once completed with them she took a woman who walked in. Even though I was still waiting. Big back bad body €*+£}

Service upon entering establishment is fantastic but the device\motem did not work. Said there was a software issue, I called Xfinity customer service, she also could not help resolve the software issues. We needed a technician come to our home to fix the problem. But the tech never came. It's time to take the device back the store and see what can be done about getting Internet.

So came in to the store really friendly employees very helpful. Little under staffed for the day had to wait a short while they were assisting other people . But i was in an out in less than 30 minutes have no complaints.
