The customer service at the store is excellent, but the internet is terrible. I get better service from my T-Mobile Hotspot, and I pay $100 a month for it. It’s a complete disaster!

Went to the Xfinity store today with my Dad to get internet. I was assisted by Ru. Very nice guy. Offered us Cable TV & Wireless. Ended up leaving with 1000mbps plan for $50 no contract. Pretty good deal compared to what we were paying for which was AT&T for 300mbps for $55..

So much to be desired. Wait times are always 20 plus minutes. Once you get connected you have to deal with preconceived notions and try to dispel them. Once yin get all that done and hung up on a few times you get the patented answer- We can’t help you

I have business account for service.
Since weather gets change their service was out. I know some technical problems happens.We asked for technician to come and solve it,every time they gave me 3-4 days ahead appointment and still not solve problem. It is worst services they have. They don’t understand your priority.

This store has caused a great deal of frustration for me . I canceled services in store and returned equipment. Paid my prorated balance. Only to be charged $210 for not returning my equipment. (I have the receipt) it’s been over a month and I have still not received my money back. I have had to jump through hoops with customer service. So I would not recommend to do any business in the store not associate yourself with this company. Remedial training is needed in this specific store

Worst customer service
Manager jayleen I guess he was in a rush but by no means he tried to help
And the other guy justice himself by saying he has only work for a month there!
They should receive training beforehand however I do understand retail is not for everyone !
