“Another Rescue from Highland Tire! In town visiting my children and ran over a bolt in the road that penetrated my tire and gave me a flat tire. Called and they were able to order a tire and pick up from the warehouse. Had me fixed up and back on the road within 2 hours . I could not of asked for better service.

Well the plug leaked and drained all the oil out. Dakota immediately ordered a replacement plug and had it delivered while we waited to make sure we could leave safely. That is customer service! “I was traveling to Collegedale for a wedding and to see my daughter who is in college there,rounding a mountain curve my tire pressure gauge on the dash showed I was loosing pressure fast i moved from the left hand lane and got to the emergency lane, not much room on the shoulder of that road, got out checked the tire and it was bleeding air from the valve stem and i had noting to stop it, finally got my spare on after calling road side emergency, my jack would not pick the front of my truck up, anyway the next morning I took my tire to this Discount tire store told a man named Colby my story and he said leave the tire and they would reach out once they had repaired it, i left and within 10 minutes the texted me it was ready, went back and they immediately put the truck on the rack had the tire on in just a few minutes and pulled my truck back to the front, as i sat in the waiting area, I stepped to the front pulled my wallet out to pay and Colby waved his hand and said go enjoy the wedding and be safe on your trip home to Alabama. 1st class is all I can say, Thanks Colby, it's one thing when you know somebody and they do this type of thing for you, it's all together different when a total stranger does it. If I lived in Ooltewah they would definitely be the tire shop who got all my business, Thanks Again.”

“Hubs took his car in to get his brakes checked, since we now live in mountain country and his brake pedal suddenly went down to the floor. They also checked his front alignment for free and promised to only work on it if it needed it. Well, it needed it (not really surprising). They had the car for three days. We picked it back up in the afternoon of the third day. While it wasn't cheap, by any means, they did do a bit of work on it. Now it rides better than it ever has since we bought it (used), and the brakes feel fabulous.

“I’ve really enjoyed the way Michelins handle on my BMW and decided to replace them with the same tire. Middle Valley Tire stocked them quickly for me. The installation was efficient and the staff was courteous.
I thought the quoted price seemed reasonable but when I checked the invoice from my original tires, I realized I actually paid a bit less for the same tire than what I paid a few years ago. Also, there were no tagged on fees for installation which was a big savings.
This is an old fashioned, locally owned company and you are not going to experience a luxury waiting area with a big screen tv, but that didn’t matter to me. I wanted a good tire at a fair price and that is exactly what I got. I do recommend.”
