“Had brake issues and it fortunately was covered under warranty due to manufacturer defect. They always do an inspection while there and found my motor mounts were bad. They sent a video and then Bryson Bowman came out and explained what it meant to me. With it being late on a Friday and was gonna take 9 hours they provided me with a loaner car. He knew I had a mom with Alzheimer’s so wanted to make sure I could get to her. I must also say every employee I have encountered there has been wonderful.”

“These guys are AMAZING! Kind, professional, and caring. We took our car somewhere else last time and apparently they put a temporary plug in without telling us. Well the plug leaked and drained all the oil out. Dakota immediately ordered a replacement plug and had it delivered while we waited to make sure we could leave safely. That is customer service! “I’ve taken multiple cars here over the years and consistently had a great experience. Consultative and willing to listen to your concerns. They will even give you a shuttle ride downtown! The only thing to note is they do not take appointments, so it can get busy in the mornings, but they were upfront that it might be the next day until they could get to it. They surprised us and finished it same day, which was a SIGNIFICANTLY better experience than the dealership. I will go here always moving forward!”

“Just pulled in to have them check my tire. The mechanic extracted a nail (with the skill of a dentist, but less expensive) and plugged the leak. 10 minutes later, I’m back on the road. Cudos to these guys. And as an added bonus, The Man Himself, Steve Ray, handed me a sample of the awesome brisket he was preparing. Unbelievable! I’m a fan.”

“I’ve really enjoyed the way Michelins handle on my BMW and decided to replace them with the same tire. Middle Valley Tire stocked them quickly for me. The installation was efficient and the staff was courteous.
I thought the quoted price seemed reasonable but when I checked the invoice from my original tires, I realized I actually paid a bit less for the same tire than what I paid a few years ago. Also, there were no tagged on fees for installation which was a big savings.
This is an old fashioned, locally owned company and you are not going to experience a luxury waiting area with a big screen tv, but that didn’t matter to me. I wanted a good tire at a fair price and that is exactly what I got. I do recommend.”
