“I reserved a car at the Covington location to be picked up at 830 am on 11/14 I received a phone call that morning that they did not have any cars he was rude unprofessional and I was told they had a car at the millington location and I needed to go get my car there he hung up on me and every time I tried to call back no one answered . I called millington location and they said they did not have a car for me but they would try their very best to get me in a vehicle as quick as they possibly could. The manager Cayden Edmondson was wonderful he did in fact get me a vehicle. I was traveling for business to Tuscaloosa and I was way behind schedule since I was suppose to leave at 830am and it was almost 12 noon when I was finally on my way. Cayden did not have to fix the problem that the Covington location caused but he did and he was amazing, helpful, and very professional. Thank you Cayden manager of the Millington Enterprise for caring enough to help me.”
