“I enjoy renting from Enterprise. We did a thorough inspection on the vehicles dings and scratches on the outside but inside the button that adjust the seat did not work and I couldn’t not move forward. This is an issue because I am 5 feet in an suv and had to sit propped up and toward the edge of the seat in order to drive. Next time I will make sure to check the seats and seat backs for comfort! It was too late to make changes my location was closed. I will say that customers service at the Lakeland TN store was awesome as usual and I am returning because I like this group of professionals!”
