She’s been helping my sister with a phone issue, and even though the store closed at 7 PM, it’s now 7:36 and she’s still going above and beyond to make sure everything gets resolved. That kind of patience, kindness, and commitment is rare and deserves recognition. She didn’t have to stay late, but she did simply because she cared. Verizon is lucky to have her!”
