However, with my costco discount, my new phone was free and has amazing features, including A.I. and answer assistance, if I'm not sure who is calling. The phone will answer for me! Super cool! Ask for Ian at the Costco he was super smart and willing to help me get everything set up!”

I really take issue with the fact that I have never gotten any discounts on new phones which are only available for new customers. “Store Manager, Danny and DT went above and beyond the call of duty to do a phone transfer which was complicated because my phone was on my niece’s Michigan account and one of several phones that were transferring from Verizon to AT&T. After my old phone was transferred to my new phone they even provided additional help connecting some of my apps. I had AT&T service for my cell phone in the past and always used this store and received great service. I just want the powers at be to know that this AT&T location in Cordova is lucky to have such great employees. So glad to be back with AT&T.”
