From the moment I walked in, Megan Rook was warm, welcoming, and professional during check-in. She immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured.

The groomer, Allison Rydinger, was absolutely phenomenal. She introduced herself, carefully assessed my dog, and confidently assured me she had everything under control even with my dog being matted. Her calm, knowledgeable, and caring demeanor truly put me at ease.

What stood out most was how genuinely loving and attentive the staff were. You can tell they truly care about the pets they work with and treat them like their own. My dog was comfortable, and I left feeling confident he was in great hands.

I’ve brought a rescued dog here before and had a great experience then too. I honestly don’t know why I ever booked anywhere else! Moving forward, this Highway 51 location will be the only place I trust with my pets.
