“Went inside and it was so well organized and clean! I had just visited Ross and there is no comparison as far as cleanliness and organization of the items. I will be shopping again soon. The store manager Rod seems like he’s running it well. The only downside was there was only 1 cashier and about 5 people in front of me. It took a few minutes before I heard the line cashier call for another cashier but I could’ve easily missed hearing it.”

“First time I’ve had a bad experience with Macy’s. Have been a loyal customer since I was 10 and my mother took me to your NYC Macy’s - her second home. As a young adult I shopped your store in Manhasset and Roosevelt Field, NY. I’ve lived in Memphis for 20+ years and was thrilled your store opened in Wolfchase. Because of COVID-19, I now shop online. My first awful experience with Macy’s. In November 2020 I purchased a Bella Waffle Maker offering a $12 rebate - upon receipt, I printed the rebate form, enclosed the receipt and mailed it. It was received by you but I was denied the $12 rebate because it wasn’t received by you on time even though I was also given a tracking number - 947795134 - I tried tracing it but there was no tracking information available. I’ve tried contacting customer service online, email and phone to no avail. I’ve never received the $12 rebate even though I sent the filled out rebate form with the original receipt. “Very helpful and kind staff! Clarissa and Jaycee were kind, patient, and helpful. I needed static shoes and they worked with me and my difficult two different-sized feet until we found the perfect pair. I thought the gift card had been credited for a return elsewhere, but it hadn't. They held my shoes for a week until my gift card was full again. So sweet and patient. They are great employees! I thank them so much! So far, I haven't zapped the office phone. Here's hoping!”

“Just left from dropping off an empty trailer I go into the shipping office unless poor lady is having a hell of a time with a gentleman who could definitely speak enough English to drive but the communication was difficult in the office. When I verified with her that I did not need anything she asked me where I parked the trailer and I guess where I parked it was right across from where they would like it. But did she get mean or ugly or nasty even though she was frustrated from the driver in front of me no she was so kind and understanding that I would have felt guilty if I didn't move the trailer. She did not let the aggravation from dealing with the other driver affect her in any way with dealing with me. That takes a strong person and you definitely have the right person there for the job.”

“They have a great selection of Nike's, Sketchers, Bob's Crocs etc. I personally like New Balancr, they don't carry as many choices of these. Unless you want white or light gray. I found one pair of black with some other colors around the N and on the sole. I wish they had a bigger selection, with brighter colors. Hopefully by the next time I need shoes the selection will be better.”
