“My first time shopping here and I really liked it. Big variety of produce and other items. Excellent prices on everything. Some of the dented cans or expired items make me a little leery, but I know that you can usually use something past the date on the package. They had a good selection of blue jeans at wonderful prices! I like the locally made Yoder preserves and pie fillings. Also some unique international items that I picked up. They have some wonderful European chocolates, at unbelievable prices!! The girl at the checkout was very sweet, 10 stars for customer service!”

“Stopped in while visiting family friends in Wilder. Randall was very kind, the bologna sandwich was gigantic and delicious, and they sell Big Red soda! Gem of a spot, reminds me of home.”
“We have been to West Fork Grocery before, but Sat. Feb. 10, 2024 was the first time we stopped in to eat. We were cold, soaked to the skin, muddy, from having been riding at nearby Cub Mountain ATV Park & Campground. We were hungry. Cub Mountain has a lunch counter, but today when we were there they were open for riding only due to the weather. We stopped in and Tana prepared us a hot lunch for a bargain price! The wood stove was still warm. The store was cozy. We sat and enjoyed her company and ate lunch with her. It was wonderful! Me and Sharon had a philly cheese steak. Kenny had a bacon cheeseburger. We had chips and drinks. I can hardly wait to go back. This little country store is quite a hidden gem. They take pride in their home cooked foods and have quite a satisfying menu to pick from. They sell beer, soft drinks, water, juice, snacks, basic grocery items, auto items like parts, motor oil, health aids like basic medicines, candy, icecream. They even have cards and some gifts! The place is decorated with antiques and photos of area history. I've met Kathy, the owner, who is lovely and very easy going. Great food, great service and fun conversation. We went home feeling a lot better than when we stopped in! Pay them a visit when you are in the area. You'll be glad you did!”

“Great store! Great owners! Sandwiches, coffee, breakfast, and watch their page on facebook because they'll throw some burgers on the grill on occasion. Need bait or your hunting/fishing licence? They've got it. Need to check in your deer or turkey? Do it here. Gas? Even with rising prices they're cheaper than the stores in town. And the guys standing around the counter remind me of the old days when we weren't in an hurry and had time to actually interact with each other.”

“It's very convenient and for the most part very friendly employees, but they never have enough cashiers at the busiest times. There is one cashier that is unfriendly enough that I don't shop if she's working. Other than the unfriendly redhead and lack of enough help, I like shopping there.”
