“I had a fantastic experience with Erin at the Mount Juliet JJill Location at Providence Marketplace this past Saturday. Erin was the epitome of customer service and went above and beyond (understatement) anything I have ever experienced with a sales professional.
I was in town for an unfortunate circumstance, a memorial service and I had missed the detail on the announcement for the memorial that they had asked everyone to dress in white versus the traditional black that most may wear. I had just flown in from Boston when noticing this detail on the memorial invitation. You can imagine how challenging it is to find white in the winter time. I had stopped at two other stores (Chico's and the Loft) before arriving at JJill. All I had come up with was a pair of off white pants which I had purchased at the Loft.
Upon stopping in JJill, Erin came up to ask if I needed help and I explained my situation. Erin immediately jumped into action with the most caring and determined response. She was able to identify fairly quickly what would potentially work with the pants I had from the Loft and went on to help me in the dressing room with switching out sizes and ensuring that the finished outfit would work. She also offered to steam out the wrinkles in the pants from the loft and the other items I ended up buying from JJill to complete the outfit.
I am so very grateful for Erin's resourcefulness, efficiency and caring manner, what a difference she made for me on that day, thank you, Erin!”
“First of all, way to go JC Penney for employing such an amazing asset to your company. My husband and I went to the JC Penney in Mt Juliet to buy a suit for our daughter's wedding. Typically my husband is not a suit wearing man but considering the celebration it was appropriate. We were looking at the selection and was greeted by Luke who asked if we needed any assistance. Obviously needing the assistance my husband accepted. Luke was AMAZING! He went way above our expectations. He helped from start to finish. Helping coordinate color schemes with the wedding, ideas for our sons attire, and even got me savings on the suit I bought there 2 weeks prior for my 16 year old.
I have been in retail for a long time and really appreciated how I was treated in this store. Thank you so much Luke!

“Went to this location today. My mom and I had a lot of returns/exchanges from Black Friday but had a great experience with the employee checking us out named Zariah. This employee was so patient and kind to us. Smiled and laughed with us and did not huff and puff that we were taking a lot of time. Give that girl a pay raise, please!!
