What a great experience I got three bras for around 100 bucks and could throw my old Walmart non-supportive bra in their trash and make five dollars off of that. “This may sound so ridiculous but I absolutely sobbed my whole drive home yesterday after what I could only consider the single most positive beautiful encouraging shopping experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.
I am going to a wedding out of the country shortly and have gone to about 50 stores in the last month looking for a dress— ideally satin. As a top heavy girly I have had the most miserable experiences looking for a dress that would fit my body, at a reasonable price point, and ideally in an environment where girls would be kind in the process as I have been SO defeated the last few weeks.
On a whim my husband sent me to Lizard Thicket as a Hail Mary a little under an hour before closing. I was met with the most encouraging, genuine staff, who immediately sent on a hunt to find me the perfect dress. I almost dissolved in the fitting room before even trying on the first dress because mentally I did not want to have another defeated experience but the girls were SO sweet, I stepped out in the dress they were so kind, truly the most phenomenal girls I think I’ve ever met.
I ended up finding the PERFECT blue satin dress, it reminded me of the ocean back home, the girls gave me ideas to accessorize and style it, so many encouraging words, and truly made this easily the best clothing experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.
Girls if you ever see this, thank you SO much for taking such a defeating, miserable experience and making it so unbelievably positive, it sounds ridiculous to say this changed my entire day and was a core memory but truly— it was exactly that.

“I had a fantastic experience with Erin at the Mount Juliet JJill Location at Providence Marketplace this past Saturday. Erin was the epitome of customer service and went above and beyond (understatement) anything I have ever experienced with a sales professional.

I was in town for an unfortunate circumstance, a memorial service and I had missed the detail on the announcement for the memorial that they had asked everyone to dress in white versus the traditional black that most may wear. I had just flown in from Boston when noticing this detail on the memorial invitation. You can imagine how challenging it is to find white in the winter time. I had stopped at two other stores (Chico's and the Loft) before arriving at JJill. All I had come up with was a pair of off white pants which I had purchased at the Loft.

Upon stopping in JJill, Erin came up to ask if I needed help and I explained my situation. Erin immediately jumped into action with the most caring and determined response. She was able to identify fairly quickly what would potentially work with the pants I had from the Loft and went on to help me in the dressing room with switching out sizes and ensuring that the finished outfit would work. She also offered to steam out the wrinkles in the pants from the loft and the other items I ended up buying from JJill to complete the outfit.

I am so very grateful for Erin's resourcefulness, efficiency and caring manner, what a difference she made for me on that day, thank you, Erin!”

“I LOVE ROSSS. it is affordable the prices for clothes is $5-$15 at most makeup 1-10 dollars shoes 10-30 Dollars which are usually the ones that are name brand are the ones on the more expensive side of the scale but still 30 bucks like come on that's so good especially for this day and age belts, bags perfumes from places like KelvinCline, MK, Guess, even some celebrities perfumes are from 5-10 bucks LIKE COME ONNNNN I find such cute things there like no joke most of my wordrobe is from Ross as far as a kids section they have amazing toys and home decor and blankets and suitcases,etc for so cheap.
