“#1)This location: Always friendly Loan Officers. Tellers too busy to be friendly, I GUESS, but that's fine! Decor FAR BETTER but I do miss the warmth and comfort the past decor evoked. Current color scheme feels too cold especially in Winter. Brrrrrr! So I avoid the building like a plague. Yet the employees warm it right up! Thank each of you! You're all great! Maybe try adding touches of warmth inside (suggest gold, cranberry/burgundy, forest green, deep creamy bisque for decor items and wall pics/graphics. Oh and definitely BLUE & GOLD X'MAS LIGHTING this year which will look WARM & FABULOUS! Yeah, I'm a interior designer at heart. May become a pro designer SOME day???”

I appreciate the care, patience, and willingness to figure out a way that was demonstrated a couple of days ago when I came in with my aunt. I had driven 1.5 hours to make some account changes, sadly missing a needed document. After making a couple of calls and Karen messaging associates, we were still able to get everything accomplished that was needed. This saved me from driving 3 hours round trip.
