“Went to get a Hanes Manual for my husband Ford F-150 and they were pretty busy when I arrived. It was 2 men working and getting parts for the other customers and the younger male employee was helping an elderly gentleman and opening up his wiper blades he had purchased so he could install them and was very attentive to what the older gentleman was saying it took me by surprise actually. Usually younger people don't really pay that much attention to an elderly person but this young employee was very respectful and helpful to him and before he walked out with the customer he asked if I needed any help with something and asked could I wait a moment so he could finish up with his customer or if I wanted I could go by the counter and see if I see the manual I needed and that I could do Self Check if I didn't want to wait. He said he would be right back and would help me. I took it upon myself to do what he suggested and I didn't see the year for Ford I was looking for and when I went to leave he was coming back in to check to see if I needed his assistance. He was very polite and helpful. The store was very clean and the outside looked great. Usually u will see a small bit of trash over their parking lots from people not caring but their parking lot and whole outside exterior was very clean and eye catching with the displays n the windows. Best Auto Zone I've been too anyway”

“Now the auto center at thus location was A.1. At this location. I had a flat tire by actually running over a piece of metal in there parking lot after shopping inside headed to there gas station in the same parking lot. So I got my gas and plopped,banged,Klunked it over there auto center talked to the guys outside talked the lady inside paid for my tire came back out to the shop and my tire was done ready to roll no appointment or nothing. Now the head mechanic running that shop has got his s_it together no doubt he is under paid and deserves a raise!!! ( I appreciate you big homie )”
