“The service at Rutherford Credit is AWESOME!!! We have had a few loans serviced through their great team, headed by the their Manager Nicole. The whole staff is courteous and professional. Customer service is job #1. They truly are people helping people. When we never thought we would be approved for a loan, Rutherford Credit worked with us and again when we had hard times making our payments. They always thought outside the box and found a solution to fit our needs. When we needed more funds again they stepped forward and helped us out when we still had a loan that we were paying on. “So, after 17 years of being a business + personal checking + savings account customer of Region's Bank, we had a minor conflict with our former branch manager that resulted in my wife and I deciding to explore our banking options. We are both so glad my brother, a retired Nashville Firefighter, suggested we give Ascend Federal Credit Union a try. Upon walking into Ascend on East Main Street in Murfreesboro, TN, we immediately felt the warmth and the welcoming greetings of every employee we encountered. But the best was yet to come! Our Financial Services Officer, Anna Sanchez, was the bright light of Customer Service that we so desperately needed! Not only did Anna Sanchez make us feel welcomed, she made us feel as if Ascend Credit Union valued us as customers. Anna was a total professional, but still made our meeting and the subsequent opening of our accounts feel as if we were doing business with family friend. As a small business owner and after being subjected to the ridiculous levels of disrespect and humiliation we experienced by Regions Bank, the positive atmosphere at Ascend Federal Credit Union and specifically Anna Sanchez renewed our faith in the banking system. Please, take this advice from a 60 year old small business owner: Do yourself a favor and visit your local Ascend Federal Credit Union and open an account. Or two. Or three! I recently needed a loan and my Loan Officer is Marcus Victory. He's professional, extremely busy, yet makes you feel like you are his only customer. I had some paperwork that needed signing by a certain date. I had a family situation and he took his lunch hour and came to my house so we wouldn't miss our date . Kelly is my personal teller and she's the best! I go in vs. drive through to visit. Would never switch banks! In 2010, they had a surprise 90th birthday party, at the bank, for my dad. When my mom was sick, Debbie came by with a really soft Pinnacle blanket. They go the extra mile. If you want to feel valued, Pinnacle at Rutherford is the place!”

“I have had my Regions account for over 10 years and have never had any issues. I have lived in 3 states and each time I have just changed my address and had no problems. The other day I had to get a new debit card and I walked in right at closing and the teller was super nice and got me my card and got me out right at closing with a smile! “This is my neighborhood bank. We've been with them around 2 decades; I've lost count. We get great service whether we call in or visit a branch. We've especially had good service when we need foreign currency for travel, or putting protections on our account. Great people working there.
