“I don't normally leave reviews, but I figured this place could use a good one. I was having a really bad day and had to come by and cash a check issued by US Bank. I don't have an account with them, and initially, I was turned away and told to try an advance cash service. However, as I was sitting in my car out front wondering what to do, Michael, bless him, had personally walked out to my car and offered to help me. I was successfully able to cash my check today thanks to this man, so shout out to him for the top notch customer care! Not sure I will ever come back, but my experience was not a bad one thanks to this caring employee.”

“I got a loan here about a year ago and they were nothing but nice and helpful. I forgot the lady's name, but she was amazing. Friendly, helpful, replied quickly, explained stuff clearly, and even helped with car choices. Cut to this weekend and I had the absolute worst experience with a woman named Tara Murray at the Murfreesboro location. She was the most insufferable person ever. So go here and don't go to the Murfreesboro one. Also if you see Tara Murray walk up to you at any location ask for someone else. You'll regret working with Tara.”
