Enterprise Truck Rental
3019 Franklin Road, Murfreesboro TN 37128
“Rented a truck from this Enterprise location recently and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Ebony Nelson helped me out and she was fantastic — friendly, efficient, and made the whole process quick and painless. The truck was ready to go when I arrived and the paperwork was all set, hassle free and I was in/out in no time. Pickup and drop-off were both hassle-free, and the truck was clean and ready to go. Great customer service goes a long way, and Ebony really delivered! I highly recommend this location. She checked in on me afterwards to make sure I didn’t have any issues and I really felt like she cared about my experience.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Murfreesboro
1519 Beasie Road, Murfreesboro TN 37128
“I had such a great experience at this U-Haul location, and it was entirely because of Tyler. I came in needing supplies for a move, and he made the whole process simple and efficient. He was thorough in explaining my options, answered my questions clearly, and helped me get exactly what I needed without making anything feel complicated or rushed. Tyler was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Moving is stressful, so receiving this level of service during a routine supply run was an unexpected bright spot. He represented U-Haul extremely well. 10 out of 10. I would go out of my way to utilize this location over others, simple for the customer service they provide.”

“My experience of the U-Haul dealership was excellent. I'm so blessed to have them they are simply wonderful I had gotten behind on my payment and they truly workers me in the best way instead of selling my unit they work is beyond a one-time basis with the district manager and that way I'm able to get back on track keep my unit that I've had was there for about 5 months thank the good Lord I never meant to get behind that in life we have obstacles to overcome. This is one awesome place to have a storage unit yes and it is a U-Haul dealership and a storage unit all-in-one compass storage and U-Haul. Awesome place . Also the staff is wonderful.”

Penske Truck Rental
640 Butler Street, Murfreesboro TN 37127
“Very friendly and quick. Trucks were very clean and in great condition. The car trailer was an issue tho. The jack was located poorly to where we had to our own jack because the handle of the mounted jack was directly under the car so once u load the car u cannot raise nor lower the trailer. That was extremely time costly. The other trailer we rented here didn't have this issue which i find interesting.”
