“This location was amazing and the lady was so helpful! But as for Uhaul- The app/ remote checkin/ return process needs major overahall. It wouldn’t allow me to check in with the app, luckily the location was open to assist. The app froze and crashed when I tried returning the truck, requiring me to chat with a representative. This seems to be the normal since this happened the last 2 times I’ve used uhaul. Not very reliable.”

“We moved a container from another state and could not have been happier. They sent me an email when the container arrived. I was in the area and stopped in. They were very helpful and agreed to deliver the container the next day. Shelby delivered the container and could not have been more pleasant or helpful. I emptied the container in a few hours and Shelby came back the same day and picked it up.”

“My experience of the U-Haul dealership was excellent. I'm so blessed to have them they are simply wonderful I had gotten behind on my payment and they truly workers me in the best way instead of selling my unit they work is beyond a one-time basis with the district manager and that way I'm able to get back on track keep my unit that I've had was there for about 5 months thank the good Lord I never meant to get behind that in life we have obstacles to overcome. This is one awesome place to have a storage unit yes and it is a U-Haul dealership and a storage unit all-in-one compass storage and U-Haul. Awesome place . Also the staff is wonderful.”
“I rented a 12' truck to transport some of my household items from Memphis to Christiana TN. The rental folks at Home Depot were great to deal with and I got the truck in no time. Loading was relatively easy although there wasn't a ramp. The truck wasn't that high though so there was no problem. The truck was noisy but drove well. After a 250 mile trek I only used $43 worth of gas (at $2.58 a gal.). Not bad. The rental folks at the drop-off store were equally as great to deal with. Over all it was a very good experience and the cost was fair for this job. I would definitely consider Penske for a future haul.”
“Very friendly and quick. Trucks were very clean and in great condition. The car trailer was an issue tho. The jack was located poorly to where we had to our own jack because the handle of the mounted jack was directly under the car so once u load the car u cannot raise nor lower the trailer. That was extremely time costly. The other trailer we rented here didn't have this issue which i find interesting.”
“the guy who checked me out (I don't remember his name) was great and funny!! He made the whole having to move in a hurry experience much better and even pointed out road side service number (didn't need) first time anyone has shown me that.”
