“I have a 2010 X500 lawn mower that had a severe miss. Its been a tank and never had a problem until now. Took it to the Murfreesboro Tri Green John Deere dealership service department. They had it running in 3 days at a very reasonable price. It was the electronics and runs like new now. Great experience with the service rep who keep me informed on the issues and recommendations. Overall pleased with the service and price.”
“Beautiful work! I’m so impressed by Clint and his team at Southbranch. I showed up as the full-on Hot Mess Express, and somehow they transformed it into something that actually looks like I have my life together. ?✨
They worked magic I didn’t even know was possible—like HGTV meets Extreme Makeover with a side of Chick-fil-A level customer service. 10/10 would recommend if you want your chaos transformed into Pinterest-board perfection.”
“Our appliance order was canceled by the delivery company when we had to push the date out a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, we only received a text about a partial refund, and I couldn't get any info in our account or with customer service.
I went into the Murfreesboro store with my order paperwork and Cassandra in appliances got to the bottom of it. She was able to re-place the order, price match everything with support from Brandon (manager).
Both employees had excellent customer service and helped me solve the issue. In a world where it is harder and harder to speak with an actual person, Cassandra & Brandon made my day!”
“Brandi, Ethan, and Kyle were great help on this cold morning they coordinated me getting a half pallet of mulch I was in and out in less than 30 minutes amazing service that's why I give THD my business.”
