“Man, the 'new' store is a thing of beauty. They have done a great job keeping the old feel while giving the building a complete facelift. As a kid, I always loved the charm of this place. I got to take my son here last weekend, so he can have a chance to keep the same kind of memories I have here with my dad and grandfather. He has his first shovel now, so I guess we'll have to get some bushes next visit.
The best new part of Elder's is the expanded nursery area, with various rooms and levels. Great layout that's fun to browse, when compared to other stores that just have a plain, warehouse-style layout. With so much of Murfreesboro unrecognizable now, it's a blessing to have places like this to count on for that feeling of 'home'.”

“I went to go try and pull cat food out of the food panty bin however it was empty. An employee whose name escapes me actually purchased cat food and left at the counter for me. I was so shocked! As soon as I get her name ill post. When im in need of hardware items ill drive the extra miles to return to keltons.”

“We had an Anderson storm door installed approximately a year ago. Started having trouble with the door. I called Haynes Brothers and they sent a gentleman out immediately. “A lot of people say they have issues with other air gas stores. I've never had issues from this store. These guys are extremely professional and friendly. Even when I'm bombarding them with questions about stuff they are always friendly and very willing to help any way they can. Once I ordered and paid up front for a part for my welder, waited 3 days for the part to come in. When I got the part it ended up being the wrong part but they ordered the correct (more expensive) part at no extra charge. Can't recommend enough plus if you look at the sign in their front window it says they haven't had any accidents at this location in over 3300 days. I know I can't say the same!”

I’ve been to a couple of stores looking for the piece I needed for my condensation pipe and all I had to do was go to Kenny Pipe and Supply‼️‼️‼️ Even the call to ensure they had the pipe I needed. Great customer service from the call to the store. Highly recommend Kenny Pipe & Supply. Honestly I would have never found it without the recommendation from the gentleman at Lowe’s. Very grateful ”
“Our appliance order was canceled by the delivery company when we had to push the date out a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, we only received a text about a partial refund, and I couldn't get any info in our account or with customer service.
I went into the Murfreesboro store with my order paperwork and Cassandra in appliances got to the bottom of it. She was able to re-place the order, price match everything with support from Brandon (manager).
Both employees had excellent customer service and helped me solve the issue. In a world where it is harder and harder to speak with an actual person, Cassandra & Brandon made my day!”
“Owen was very helpful and polite. He special ordered ceiling fans for us. We went out to the garden center and Barry was awesome also. He told me to bring pictures and measurements and then he will help with ideal plants for my area. The customer service from these two gentleman was excellent!
I returned to the store a couple of weeks later and Chloe and Justin went out of their way to get merchandise down from a top shelf for me. They were awesome!!! Thanks for the great service again!”
