“Very friendly and quick. Trucks were very clean and in great condition. The car trailer was an issue tho. The jack was located poorly to where we had to our own jack because the handle of the mounted jack was directly under the car so once u load the car u cannot raise nor lower the trailer. That was extremely time costly. The other trailer we rented here didn't have this issue which i find interesting.”
“We needed a receiver hitch installed on our vehicle. I called and got an appointment. Great customer service with all my questions. We dropped the vehicle off on appointment day and went to eat some lunch and the technician, Chris, called and said...you might not like this. So we talked about it and decided to order a different one and come back when the other hitch came in. 3 days later we came back and it was install day. Chris was amazing! We figured out the hitch we ordered looked worse than the original, so he just got to work. The most helpful, courteous, and informative experience I have had with any kind of install. I highly recommend this location for any needs of this kind. Thank you for being an example of how customers should be treated and quality work!”
