Incredible experience in store today. Rob, the manager, helped me find the size pants I was wearing. Atlyn and Rob helped find me the size of jeans I wanted because they didn’t have my size on the floor. Ashley the cashier was so polite. It was a really fantastic shopping experience.

I came to the opry mills location looking for pants and Joani was really quick to assist me and gave really good advice and made sure I found the perfect pants! Thank you Joani!!! The guy at the front desk was really nice as well ,I just can't remember his name.
