“I’ve lived here for two years and honestly, I have zero complaints. The front office is extremely communicative and incredibly friendly. The maintenance staff is also amazing. Jeff C. on the maintenance team helped me when I was struggling carrying furniture and offered to take it up to my apartment for me. They are super quick at fixing any issue that arise in the apartment. The location is ideal close to the soccer stadium, the Gulch, downtown, 12 south etc. I feel very safe here which is incredibly important. Actually just resigned my lease for a 3rd year! Highly recommend this complex”

First of all, the unit. The high ceilings, tons of natural light, and layout all make it feel really open and spacious. The kitchen is a dream, tons of counter and storage space, and the finishes and appliances are great. The bathrooms are beautiful, and so is the general aesthetic. Honestly no complaints so far.
The building itself is also amazing. The amenities are great, my boyfriend and I love hanging out on the rooftop playing pool. I think my favorite part is how dog friendly it is here. There’s dogs EVERYWHERE. My boys love running around at the building dog park, plus there’s another big dog park that’s a short walk away. There’s a walking path behind the building that’s great for quick trips outside, but it’s also right on the greenway which has been so nice for longer walks. They even had a Barktober event for dogs that was seriously precious. Since I’ve lived here they’ve already had a couple events which were all great, and I’m a huge fan of food truck Friday. It’s also walkable to a ton of great food and coffee shops, another big plus.
And finally a huge shoutout to Mike, Cailyn, and Will! They’ve been amazing from the initial tour to the move in process to now just hanging out around the building and at events. The people make living here that much better, they already feel like friends only a month in.
I looked at probably every building in Nashville and definitely landed on the right one. 10/10 couldn’t recommend it more”

Amber, Ana, Bremontae, Glendys, and Brittany made my move stress free. I transferred here for work and was left last minute looking for a place due to a lapse in judgment. The team here helped me easily apply, get paperwork signed, and walk into my apartment. I look forward to the community events and exploring the town.”

“I recently toured West End Village and was really impressed! The community feels modern, welcoming, and well cared for. The location near Centennial Park and Vanderbilt is hard to beat, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and resident lounge make it stand out. Definitely one of the nicer apartment communities I’ve seen in Nashville.”
“I lived at Infinity Midtown for 3 years and was very satisfied with my unit. The building definitely felt like home, especially with how kind and helpful the front desk team is. Phillip has been a constant presence for most of my time in the building and he's extremely quick with trying to address any of my concerns, whether it's a maintenance request, a package I can't find, making sure my new phone I ordered gets to me, etc. Jack at the front desk is also super kind and clearly takes the time to get to know the residents of the building. The maintenance team is quick and very responsive - I've never had to wait more than a few hours for a repair. Infinity Midtown is truly a great deal in the midtown area. It's also surprisingly quiet in the units - i've never really heard my neighbors beyond my upstairs neighbor dropping something. I also went to the law school further up 21st street, and it was an easy less than 10 minute walk.
My only critiques of the building are things the management can't really fix, but offering them below if they are huge deal breakers for you. 1) the garage is really tight and gets crowded during the school year - it takes a while to figure out how to drive around in there without scratching up your car, and many of the other residents are pretty inconsiderate and will park huge trucks in 2 spots, despite management's warnings. 2) the elevator can be pretty slow and breaks down a decent amount. I lived on the 2nd floor so this wasn't a huge problem for me but definitely something to consider due to accessibility issues. 3) Elliston Place itself is an interesting street - I would say I have never personally felt unsafe, but there are the occasional break ins and sometimes scary moments at night. The building itself is very safe. Also, something about Church/Elliston is that people LOVE to run the reds and drag race? which is occasionally annoying on weekends but not too big of an issue (I would say it's just important to be careful while walking or driving around here). The area is rapidly changing every day though, so this may no longer be relevant in a few years. Overall, I would definitely recommend the building, especially to Vanderbilt students!”

Nina took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The building itself is fantastic, with spacious rooms and a location that’s perfect for enjoying nearby bars and nightlife.
