“Finally! I have found a repair shop that I can trust! Not only did they find and repair the issue that took me there, but at my request they checked my 12-year-old car for any needed updates. I knew there would be quite a few things needing attention, but what really impressed me was that they were willing to tell me what was immediately needing attention, as well as things that would need to be done in the future. There was no pressure and a full explanation of what was done now and what would need to be done eventually and why it could wait. This auto shop is not convenient to me, but well worth the time, effort and the mileage to get there!!”

“On Wednesday, 12/31/2025 when I went out to start my car (2020 Versa), my clutch rod broke, therefore, I was unable to shift gears (making my car inoperable). Called my regular mechanic who said he wouldn't have an opening until Monday, January 5th.
I then called Nashville Auto Care, who I had previously used in an emergency situation roughly 20 years ago to put on a timing belt (1994 Escort).
When I called, they told me they could see me on Friday, 01/02/2026 (they were closed Thursday for the holiday on 01/01/2026).
My car was taken to Nashville Auto Care on Friday at 8:00 AM, at
12 noon, I was back on the road.
Reasonably priced, for the level of expertise and the attention to detail they provide.

“Needed coolant reservoir O ring replaced is what BMW of Nashville said and the cost would be $4k. I had it towed to Snider. They replaced the whole assembly with an estimated cost of $2,700.00 when I picked it up they said it was under the estimate, so I only had a cost of $2,500. The agent referred me to J&J
And they were straight up w me
Needed a heater core
Other places were $2500 n up
In which I save several hundred dollars going here
Now heatercore the entire dash has to come off
Evrything was put back on right
Such great folks
And great mechanics
They will for now on have a returning customer!!

I asked them to check everything to make sure nothing else was wrong and they were so honest and said everything else looks great that it was just the starter.
