Avis Car Rental

Car Rental
Hours: Avis Car Rental at Nashville International Airport (BNA) offers a variety of rental cars, including pickup trucks, compact cars, SUVs, vans, and luxury cars for exploring Music City. The location is very big with plenty of cars, and it is a quick walk from the terminals with no shuttle buses to wait for. The facility is described as very clean. The customer experience varies. Many report a really incredible experience with very pleasant, polite, kind, and helpful managers and employees who go above and beyond. Check-out is noted as easy. However, some customers found the process quite slow, with long waits due to limited staff. Feedback on the vehicles is mixed; while some get really nice cars, others report vehicles with scuffs, noticeable stains on seats, and issues like sketchy Apple CarPlay without inbuilt satnav. Some advise staying away from specific models like the RAV 4. Overall, the price is considered fairly competitive. Customers are advised to watch the signs carefully on the way out.
