“My experience is great, I have been doing business here for 12 years, they just have a poor way of overdraft. You should receive 24 hours before getting a overdraft charge, but First Bank will charge you a $35 dollar overdraft fee with in 4 hours of receiving a overdraft. That is galging customers out of there hard earned money and I will not tolerate it. First Bank has until tomorrow to put me back in the positive or they will be boycotted before next week and other customers will also be leaving. I do not appreciate customers getting robbed by this bank. It stops next week.”

“Two years ago we decided to move from BoA to Pinnacle Financial Partners. We wanted a local bank that gave us premium customer service and fewer fees. We did some research on some local FB groups and we got great feedback about Pinnacle. And we are SO glad we made the switch. While BoA has tons of ATMs, you can also get similar ATM access with Pinnacle...and no fees. The customer service here has also been stellar. The team responds super quick and always with amazing attitudes. Maybe this bank isn't as "shinny" as the big international banks, but we feel right at home here due to the great personal attention and flexibility we've experienced.
