“On my way home from work on 5-4-24 , my car decided to overheat, so I stopped to see what happened. The heater hose broke and was spewing coolant everywhere. I looked up the nearest oriellys, which was only a minute away. I went in and got help from Manager Randy. I had no clue what to do in this situation, but he knew exactly what to do. He helped me for 2 hours trying to get my stupid car to cooperate, and in the end, we had to Jerry rig it because the part I bought from advanced was missing parts. Throughout the 2 hours, Manager Randy was helping me he was so sweet and kind. Honestly, he was like an angel sent to help me.
